The &Beyond Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge provides a unique treetop experience in Botswana’s Okavango Delta. Each of the nine private safari suites provides an intimate refuge, with a chance to enjoy the magnificence of the Delta from your private ground floor or in the open upper level of your suite – a rooftop hideaway! A downstairs conventional bedroom housed in dark wooden frames is joined by the comfort of an oversized bath two steps down. If you forego the bath, you can choose your method of refreshment in either an indoor or outdoor shower. A private deck with a large, round lounger is the perfect place to watch the tiny details of life in the Okavango. The Lodge is designed to give you ample opportunities for interaction with your surroundings.

The warm guest area of the Lodge encompasses quiet comfort with massive couches that gaze out over the lagoon. Await your culinary experience lounging or with a playful swing on a big tractor tire swing in the shade of the trees. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs at work, or pull up your sleeves and join our chefs as they prepare exquisite tastes and textures. Dining is accompanied by sweeping views or an open fire pit under the African skes.

When you’re not at the Lodge, you can explore the grasslands of the Delta accompanied by highly trained and experienced guides. Take a walk near the Lodge or experience a guided tour in search of the local wildlife such as large herds of elephant and buffalo. You can also experience the more aquatic wildlife of the clear channels of the Delta, riding on a mokoro or in a motorised boat.
