&Beyond Phinda Zuka Lodge is an intimate safari lodge set in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal region, in the protected wildlife Phinda Private Game Reserve. Characterised by hues of blue and stone, with a strong emphasis on shape and texture, Zuka’s overall ambience is that of cool, coastal bush style – a sophistication of simplicity. The charming cottages are set 15 metres apart, overlooking a busy waterhole where a diversity of wildlife is regularly seen and birdlife flourishes. Each cottage boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a circular bath chamber, double shower and twin hand basins. Siesta-inviting lounging chairs on the private verandas allow for gentle contemplation.
Guest areas include an interactive café style kitchen, indoor sitting and dining areas, an intimate library with internet access, and a swimming pool with an extended wooden deck overlooking the surrounding African wilderness.

The Phinda Private Game Reserve consists of 23,000 hectare of space to plan a leisure drive or exploratory tour in the provided 4×4 safari vehicle. Exceptional wildlife sightings await from morning to evening in the bush. A private watering hole also provides ample opportunities to watch the wildlife as they approach the water for refreshment.
