A beautiful deck laid over bushy plains lead into The Dunes Lodge, nine elevated wooden chalets in the private NamibRand Nature Reserve. Set on a dune plateau, the Dunes overlooks panoramic vistas, mountainous backdrop, and endless skies. The vistas available in the vicinity are simply awesome.
Each chalet matches the elements of Namibia’s surroundings with wooden structures and canvas blinds. The lodge’s main complex was rebuilt in 2003 to provide a complete lounge area with a fireplace, a tea deck, library, two dining rooms, wine cellar, and several sundowner decks. A suspended swimming pool is available for a refreshing dip and stunning views.
